ok so looking at the stock manifolds, what stops some one from capping the side of the back manifold
and shooting a 2inch pipe from the place of the stock crossover out of the engine by down by the stock downpipe and then reduce the stock DP to 2 inch


this being race only
wouldnt that be less back pressure then a normal cutout, and maybe even headers
you can even run dual 2inch pipe all the way back to to dual mufflers

and touch weld the two pipes and wrap them i mean thats 4inchs of exhaust.
and i was at fair and it all fits ,, the two DPs fit and the 2 pipes fit in the stock space

the EGR would have to be gone and a dual o2 setup but why not

how would i convert the o2 set up, is there a conversion from like the ls1 dual front o2s. thats the problem, and what are the effects of removing the EGR also
besides slighly worse gas milage... ron ..bumpin.. hell even if zoomer sees this
what would be the downfall,and you could use the side manifold from the l36 in the firebird no side hole...hell of a project .....

w-body store,if this could outflow open headers..might be good for a whipplecar
