3800 new belt for my smaller pulley?

if i put my 3.3 pulley back on i cant remember if i need to put a shorter belt on.
the tension on the 3.5 i have on now seems ok

i THINK thats the belt thats on there now.. its a gatorback

gates have 30%more grip over gatorback.
gatorbacks are good for acc. belt cause there "the quiet belt"
