I have the R/T 3" (I think) downpipe and instead of the flexpipe it has the doughnut. It has always sounded like there has been an exhaust leak, but now it is getting worse. Pretty sure it is coming from the doughnut, so I was wondering if they make a 3" flex that I can weld into place. However I have two dilemas, I am planning to put TOG headers on by next summer, and I have never welded on stainless steel. I know you can't use the same length pipe with the headers. Does anyone have any advice as to what to do in the meantime?? Sorry about the long post, just wanted to explain everything.
