3800 SES P0650 - Need HELP!

Well, I had a mechanic do a thorough run through and they narrowed it down to a faulty PCM circuit board. Has anybody had this happen to their DHP? The car runs great and I honestly don't care about the light. DHP has done a great job. But, Illinois emissions will not let it slide.

The only option I have been offered was to reflash the PCM. He offered to go through and reprogram the PCM with me, but I don't know the specifics of what was changed and I'm sure DHP rightfully won't give that to me.

IL EPA will suspend my license unless I get it fixed. The deadline for the suspension is coming up within a few weeks. Anybody know what I can do now? HELP!

Unfortunately no, I wish I did. I sold it before I moved.

I'm desperate for help! Is there anyone near the north suburbs where I can borrow a stock or DHP PCM. The mechanic can't do anything because he traced it to a faulty cirucit board in the PCM. I'm trying to get a hold of Charles, but I don't think I can get him in time before they suspend my license. Help!

What year do you have...i have a 2000 gtp

Do the vin numbers have to be the same?!?

Oh I forgot, it's a 2000 GT. The VIN numbers don't have to be the same, but I think it needs to be a GT. (Not sure about that one.)

why not go to a junk yard and pick up a pcm?
