Ok well, Chapter 3 of the TOGS fun continues..

My downpipe (by the rear header) flange is nicking the swaybar. I can feel it in the pedal when going 35% or more throttle from a stop, however I cannot feel anything if I give the same throttle response from a roll..

I verified yesterday that its nicking, as I looked and saw the scratches...

My downpipe did not come with hangars, so on that note...

Do you think I should flip the sway bar? Or should I have Jim make some hangars so that the downpipe doesnt flex so much?

I have a stock front sway bar...

Thanks for any suggestions..

I would have hangers put on it first, then if it is still hitting flip the swaybar.

Thanks Bumpin, I will make an appt with Jim then..

When the car is in drive, there is almost 2-3" of space between the flange and the swaybar. I just cannot believe my engine would flex that much even with the poly mounts...

ahh well, more money to spend :lolsign:
