Might want to check this out I got this from a friend and it pulled my families info. :angry:

YOU'RE ABLE TO SEE A SATELITE PICTURE OF YOUR HOUSE!!!  I DELETED ALL THE
COMMENTS PEOPLE LEFT ON THIS FORWARDED EMAIL.. BUT THERE'S LOT OF INFO OUT
THERE YOU DON'T NEED TO SHARE!!

A co-worker forwarded this email to me and thinking that it was an April
fool's joke, I went into the site and input my information.  Not only does
  it provide the visitor with your name, home address and home telephone
number, it also provides your birth date in most instances, and offers the
visitor the option of PU RCHASING your personal information for a cost of
                                  $100.



Please logon to www.zabasearch.com, enter your name and home state. This
site gives personal and private information without your consent.  If you
  would like to have your name removed from their database, send an email
      request to [email protected] requesting immediate removal.

Wow...that's crazy... I tried my name, but it didn't find me. I never knew there were that many women in IL with the same name as me! It found my dad though, although his address has changed from the one they have listed.

yeah found my parents, but if you really think about it that is ALL public information. You can go to the court house and get records, or the city. But I agree it shouldn't be that easily access on a website

dude that is sucky... it found all my previous address even my dorm room address from college :lol: , my birthdate and my brother's info also! crappy! :angry: Luckily they don't have any of my phone numbers past or present!

Although they may remove you from their list.. not only will they have a good email address to spam you with.. But your information is still accessible via many other sites, including any courthouse in your area... It's all public record..

If you really want to stay off the record.. Don't rent, have a mortgage, have a credit card, car payment, bank account, or anything like that...

Sux, but it's out there.. And there is a whole lot more than just whats on that site...

Because Hackers don't send virus's In this day and age it's generally script kiddies since anyone w/microsoft word can write "virus's" and "worms"

Plus there's no sense attacking sites like that... that Information is all public information and anyone that knows where to look can get all that info anyways

You also have to pay $20 for the real info. Then they will have your credit card#. Maybe going to the extreme, but still $20
