3800 HELP!!!

Im over at kyles house swapping headers. While on top of the engine kyle's knee accidently broke one of the vacuum lines. It is the one between the brake booster line and the s/c bypass line. he broke the nipple coming off of it, so there is no way to reattach the line to the vacuum port. What is this line for, and can i get home without it plugged in. It runs from the vacuum port to the passenger side fender, then down underneth the fuse box. id REALLY rather not be without a car. SOMEONE, anyone, please help.

yes you will need it, try superglue, and be very patiant to let it dry right..

Or just plug the port, and T the vacuum line off of the SC bypass. That will work fine also

superglue worked out well. Now i just have some welding to do on my exhaust, and a masive leak at the crossover to fix................... again. Me and crossovers dont work out real well.
