i ordered PCM from mike, 1.9 rockers, ls6 springs and ls1 retainers, going to jims this week for cat-back, and a 3.25 pulley.. i ran a 14.3xx with just a FWI so i hop to run a 13.8xx with this stuff

well today i took the old shit off (not the springs though) and the back valve cover was a PITA so i just cut off part of the bracket that hung over the cover... I have a 99 what was i suppose to do??

the alternator one?

or the one the engine cover was on? the one that the engine cover is clipped to is removable with a bolt.

LOL! That rocks.. Cutting off the bracket..

The engine cover bracket is useless.. If you need another one let me know I have 2 of them laying in storage.. Only purpose it server is to hole the engine cover inplace.



If you cut off the laternator bracket.. Thats a major no no.. It helps position the alternator ptoperly.. Because there is so much tension from the belt.
