3800 HID PPL LOOK INSIDE

Ok peeps so this week my thing is I want HID's..LOL!

So please let me know what brand you have.

BULBS: D2R or D2S Phillips or osram
Ballasts/igniters: Hella or Phillips or 3rd party Kit
Bulb rating: 4300K 6000K 8000K etc

Also where did you purchase the kit from and of course PICS!@!

Mcoullah (sp?) ballasts
Phillips bulbs i believe
5300K kit
300 bucks ClubGP group buy

Ohh I also use the SUV upgraded headlight harness with them...dont know it it makes a difference or not. some say they do, ive never ran them with stock wireing so I dont know.

I wanted a kit with a 4300 rating. ONly decent bulbs on the market are under 4300K Phillips and osram. Well besides the expensive 6000 ultions Phillips and I wanted a d2r bulb because it has a shield underneath the bult to stop light from scattering around so much in our reflectors.

I have seen most kits have the D2s bulbs which is intended for a projection type lense.

Hmm looks like I will have to settle on this Mccoullough kit.
