Summary: It makes me want to touch myself!
Details: Even with a 3.4 pulley the car pulls noticably harder. With an infrared thermometer I measured the intake water temp to be 90 degrees and the output water temp to be 120 - 130. This sounds like it's working well to me.
The pump that Ron found is great so far. It's not noisy and it seems to flow just enough to do the job. I managed to fry the first one within 45 minutes as I foolishly had it wired with 16 gauge wire. With 10 gauge wire the wires don't even seem to get warmer than ambient temperature.
Next on my list... 3.2" pulley!
Tomorrow (Friday 2nd) does anyone around the NW suburbs have an LS1M or an Autotap + Laptop and some time to log a couple runs with me? I'd be forever in debt.
