I was looking at the INTENSE website and saw this component listed in one of the performance packages. Does anybody know about these and if their slightly bigger size will greatly improve your tension?

It should...It wont be night and day but as stated it will increase your supercharger belt to pulley contact area some....It MAY increae the tension a little aswell..How much I couldnt tell you..
If you really need to avoid slippage look at the 8-rib pulley system....
Just go to your local dealer and get the pulley. I run the bigger pulley on the tensioner and it makes for a tight fitting belt. W/ the belt off the tens. pulley and idler pulley almost touch, but there is plenty room when the belt is on.
