Who here pays the most money just to own their GP. Like a combination on Car payments and isurance??? Just wanna see if i'm the only sucker who pays an arm and a leg for my car. I pay a total of 643$ a month for my GP
443$ a month for the car payment
200$ a month for insurance (and that's with my good student discount, which i am gonna loose very soon)
So after my good student discount goes away my insurnace will be 250$ a month so i will be paying almost 700$ a month just to have my GP. Anyone else in this kinda situation?

Exactly how many people did you hit with your car.....that is horrific insurance. Mines around 800/6 months.....so $133 a month, and im only 19.

~200/month insurance (not sure how much the GP is alone though... that's for the TA and the GP)

makes me glad the TA is paid off (i was paying 725 a month for the TA plus insurance ... but I only took a 2 year loan on it)

Ive' had no accidents. My record is perfectly clean. I got full coverage form AllState. And i'm only 19, and the car is under my name. That's why all my friends have z28's Mach 1's, T/A's and Friehawks, cause there insurance for there car is under there parnets name and there under a different car in the house. I would prob. have an 02 T/A or a SS right now, if my insurance wasn't under my name. Heres a list of my friends car, and what car they pay insurcace for

02 Z28, pays for insurance on a 91 olds cutlass
96 WS6, pays for insurance on a 90 Dodge shadow
95 Firehawk, Pays for the insurance on a 88 Olds 88
And the kid with the Mach 1 is just a rich little bastard

So this sucks, but oh well. I'm the only one who can fit 4-5 people comfortably in my car

Insurence is 125.00 a month thats with a 02 exploder, 99 grand prix, 97 camaro z/28 only a plesure car gets less then 5,000 a year, 94 exploder, 91 escort and a 81 peterbilt simi truck. thats with my mom, dad, brother (22) and I (18). they is one ticket on there and one accedent. (all my brothers stuff) So how do some fo you guys have such high insurence???

Well I paid cash for the car (got her cheep) and my insurance is $58.00/month full coverage. I spend more money on gas than I do on payments and insurance .

790.09 per month for car.... insurance is 700 something every six months, but I am being helped out with insurance for the first six months of this year. Can't wait til June 19, the car will be paid off!!

but he only took out a 3 year loan, so his 2001 will be paid off in less then 3 months!

My car payment is $393.xx per month, and my insurance is about $87 per month, not exact cause it is $100 per month but that includes my renters insurance policy too!
