So, as you've all read on the my other post, I had to have some emergency work done to my GP. The mechanic, Danny, removed the heads, did compression, electro...something, flow tests, reassembled, etc for $553.00. His service is impeccable (I'll let you know about the work once I get back from a grueling 7hour road trip on Thursday) and his prices are excellent. Not to mention work began at 1pm monday and its running as of 5pm tuesday. Incredible!!!! The name of the shop is AutoFix in Palatine and their phone number is 847-776-0170.
