110 leaded mix

I had some fun on the highway yesterday with the nice weather. Noticed 4 degrees of knock up top on shitty winter blend. I added 2 gallons of leaded 110, kr was eliminated. Is mixing small amounts of leaded gas harmful in the long run? I'm aware of clogged cats (catless here) and o2 sensor going bad. Any other harmful side effects I should know about? Thanks

I ran 110 mixed with e85 for a whole year in my turbo car aside from O2 sensors no issues

I've never had an o2 sensor go out from race fuel, and I run it quite a bit. I think they recommend replacing the Bosch wideband sensors every 20k miles if you run race fuel.
