I've built webpages using old fashioned html, but do not like it because it takes an extremely long time and my pages are not really that great looking. I've also used frontpage which I prefer to html, due to its easy of use and how much fast it is (for me atleast). I was just wondering what other programs there are available or what else people use.

Well I use alot of different programs when im messing with web stuff...

Dreamweaver (the best ive used so far)
Max's HTML Beauty (BEST free editor out there, period!)
Arachnophilia (Another very good free editor)
Notepad (for simple HTML crap)
Adobe Image Ready (rollover scripts, slicing images, etc)
Flash or Swish (for site navigation)
MS Publisher (the easiest web site builder ever, IMO)

Thanks for recommendations. I have classes for dreamweaver next term so I might try that, because just because I'll be learning in formally in mid-march so I might as well just use it. I'll also check out some of the other ones just to see what I like, and while I try to find a copy of dreamweaver. I already know image ready pretty well, I plan on making a decent amount of simple animations for the page with it. Thanks again for the help.
