OK, since the tire tread from the truck hit my car.. I could get my front bumper fixed and then the hood as well.. now somebody on here was able to get the ram air hood.. how do I do that??? and also someone told me my rates won't raise since this was a road hazard and I couldn't prevent it... Now if I just fix the front bumper its not worth me going through my ins. Cause I have a 500 dollar deduct. But if I add the hood in I can..

Not sure about exact procedure, but I think it would go something like this:

-Car is taken to designated Insurance Co repair shop.
-Estimate repair cost is given by shop -say $1000 ($600 hood / $400 labor)
-Insurance will agree to repair damage at estimated shop cost
-You voice out that you want an aftermarket hood that costs $700.
-So $600 of the orig hood cost will go towards the $700 new hood.
-End up paying $1100 to the repair shop which $1000 is from Ins Co and $100 from you.

It would sound kinda' fishy is you tell your Ins Co that the hood got dented and now you want an aftermarket hood... So maybe just talk to the repair shop on the side? Just thinking of the angles...
