Getting my lower intake done soon

What all do I need?
1. Intake Gasket GM ACDelco - Intake Gasket #GM-89017825

2. Intake O-rings ZZPerformance - Lower Intake O-Rings #ZZ-LINTORG-38

3. 12 Fuel injector O-rings ZZPerformance - Injector O-Rings #ZZ-INJORNG-8

4. supercharger gasket ZZPerformance - L67 Supercharger Gasket #ZZ-SCL67GKT

5. Aluminum Coolant Elbow - Aluminum Coolant Elbows #ZZ-ALCE

6. Valve Cover gaskets GM ACDelco - Valve Cover Gaskets for L67/L32 #GM-24503937

Anything else I need? I hear you need to change the coolant twice? So I am going to need 2 gallons of coolant? Also, how many times do you have to change the oil?
I am having [MENTION=945]daturbosix[/MENTION] do it. I just want to make sure I have all my parts when I drop it off.

I've never heard of doing the coolant change. The oil change will be beneficial if you get coolant drained into the pan, or if you've been losing coolant through the LIM all along. Get red RTV too.

just get the felpro "problem solver" kit.

and yeah grab a supercharger gasket

shouldnt need valve cover gaskets unless yours are leaking.

They were done about 4 years ago. Is it a lot of extra work to get to them?
