3800 Getting U-Bend Removed

I got my u-bend delete in the other day and im going to get it put on sometime this week, my question is should i get the resonator removed to, or will it make the car sound too ricey, or will i get like a tinny sound from the exhaust if i have it removed? thanks a lot

don't know how it would sound on a stock exhaust? if that's what you have? but i have flowsmaster's and deleting the u-bend/res made my mufflers alot more aggressive sounding. when reving at high rpm's it makes a little raspy noise. but it's not bad at all.

if i had to do it again I would keep the res in place. I like the sound of my exhaust under load or WOT, but otherwise it is too raspy for me. under 2500 rpm's it sounds like a muscular four banger. Not exactly what I was looking for. the headers actually made it a little worse imo.

I have a stock exhaust pretty much.

I have a 3"downpipe and no u-bend or resonator. with that I have no problem hearing at highways speeds. Plus with the radio on, I don't even hear it
