AC Delco plug wires

Rock Auto lists two different part numbers for the 3800 SC plug wires. Anybody know the difference? I tried AC Delco's website, but it's very unclear. Tried google too, but no firm answer.

746BB is listed as "OEM" and are $42
9746BB is "professional" and only $25.

I ordered the first set I saw (didn't realize there was another) and now wonder if I should have bought the more expensive set. The 9746BB look OK and fit right.

the OEM set has cylinder numbering and 6 different lengths iirc

your fine with the cheaper iirc youll find that 2 pairs will be the same length as i think that part number probably is used on the 3100/3400 as well

The set I'm repalcing has the numbers (don't know if it's factory or not). Both sets match up lengthwise. #2 and #4 are the same length (on either set), but the rest are different.

The numbers are nice, but not $17 nice.

You can also buy them from Advance if you cant order wholesale from the dealer.
