Ugh. It's only two years old. :wtf:

Engine started idleing crappy, & IC coolant started disappearing slowly. I put a vacuum gauge on the IC lines and after a few minutes, it pulled 5"Hg.

The core was already sealed in the aluminum block when I bought it. Are the top half and bottom half just sealed with RTV, or is there a gasket? I heard the core is just a heater core from a Ford and I can get it from Autozone. Anybody know exactly which model & year? This is the full size IC.

There are two cores listed for the Probe. 94777 is listed just for the Probe and as "available until stock is depleted". 93046 is listed for many different Ford/Mazda applications.

Spectra website "94777 Superseded part number; sell out and reorder 93046". Maybe this is the differance between ZZP and the competition. New and old design.
