WTB Mufflers and tips

I need a set of mufflers and tips for a Stock GTP catback. I dont care if they're stock mufflers or aftermarket. Not to picky on tips just nothing over 3in. The only thing I need is them to fit easily and be cheap. Mine are rusting out and I got a ticket already cause of it and I dont need any more.

How'd you get a ticket for rusty exhaust, or no tips? I haven't had exhaust tips for 2+ years

It has the exhaust from Pandas black GTP. was stock piping with some dynomax mufflers. It sounded okay for a 3800 but over the winter it kept getting louder and louder.


And the cop was right behind me and there was nothing I could do while coming off of a light

Had the same issue on my GTP minus the cop. Went to a junkyard and pulled of a catback w/o rust and bolted it on. Problem solved for about $30.

Go to the muffler shop across from Streamwood lanes. 30-40 bucks and done.

They just did an oil change and pitched a muffler for my sister in law for $50

The problem with stock catbacks is that they dont fit my car. Basically its the axle back that fits. Everything else needs to be reworked. Thats why I want just muflers. I might go to Velasquez still and see what they charge

why so it can rust out again. new for about same price and installed at vasques(sp)

I still have the "cat back" from my regal. gxp mufflers and tips on it.

heres a pic of the car before i let it go to the insurance company.

you can kinda see how it looked, ill snap a pic of the exhaust when i can.

actually, James should remember it... ask him about it.

throw me an offer, its been sitting against my fence ever since the car got totaled.

I certainly have no use for it, the H body has a completely different exhaust setup. I just didnt want to let it go to the junkyard with the car since it looked great on the car and sounded awesome... not loud at all.
