Remove front seats 00 regal

Trying to remove the front seats on my regal And can't figure out how to get the front of the seat out. Any help would be great

They are anchored in the floor, the seat rail in the front is a hook. Pull the seat back towards the dash then lift.

It's not bad, but can be a PITA. With the 2 bolts unbolted out of the tracks in the back, you have to lift the back of the seat towards the front of the car, and then pull the seat up and back towards the back of the car to get the front of the seat tracks out of the little holes they're in.
