rear defrost/heated seats

my wife has a 04 compG. we have owned it for about 6-7 months now. ever since we have owned it i the air circulation, rear defrost and passenger heated seat has not worked. the button doesn't light up on the console and it doesn't work. i finally pulled the console apart yesterday, everything is plugged in and i didn't notice any looses/frayed wires. also checked the fuses.

any help here? the drivers heated seat work and the a/c and heat work, but now that it's cold im trying to figure out this issue...

do you have a volt meter, tracing stuff sucks but thats how i always figure out whats up when something electrical quits working start at the end of the line and work your way back to the begining

Double check for a broken wire under the pass seat. That happened to my GXP one winter
