A few people have asked if I am going to plan a 3800 Extravaganza this year. I did sell my GTP, however this event will live on as my 5th 3800 Extravaganza. This is always the biggest 3800 event of the year. Believe it or not, this actually is the same weekend that last years 3800 Extravaganza fell on. Its a good time to bring out the cars one last time before the garage queen 3800's go away and the snow falls. The average high temperature around this time is 50 degree's so dress warm. TCG has hosted a meet at this exact location years ago when the site first got started, it is remote and pretty nice. A pavilion (or two), and tables are on site. Arrive at 2PM. We will hang out for about 2 hours and then cruise to the Schaumburg Fuddruckers for dinner.

As always other cars are welcome to come but please be advised this is a GM FWD 3800 and related meet. We ask that you park away from the group for pictures sake. Please do not drive like a tool in or around the forest preserve. Police do patrol this area and we do not want to attract unwanted attention. The cruise to Hooters will not be a race, I ask that everyone drives civilized.

Dinner has been moved to Fuddruckers (436 East Golf Road, Schaumburg, IL) The Hooters in Schaumburg is a rather small Hooters. I don't want to deal with the hassle of getting everyone seated together and troubling the place for separate checks because they will not do it. Everyone can order what they want separately and we can sit together as they have a rather large "party room". The place hosts alot of car meets throughout the season including monthly Viper Club of Chicago meets.

As far as weather, its NOT going to get any warmer in November. High of 65 on Saturday. Chance of rain in the morning, but afternoon looks mostly sunny.

After dinner, maybe a cruise or goto a bar for the alcoholics.
