I do, and it is. By itself is $80. Beyond the initial touchy throttle response, the car feels the same way it felt with the stock setup under light loads and slow ramping throttle.

By that, I mean it didnt feel like it wanted to surge and my scans show that I am not leaning out.

As listed as a $60 option with ZZP's N* Kit

What is this? Do I need this? Also, what is needed to run cruise control with the N*, I was under the impression that the N* was plug and play with working cruise control but someone is telling me otherwise.

The N* kit is plug and play with the cruise conmtrol. If you have gotten the LS1 TB, I believe you lose cruise control without modding the bracket.

I'm running the TAC on my setup and the like Fish mentioned, the throttle is touchy at first, but the rest of the pedal feel is stock.
