Opinions on the WK (2005 - 2010) Jeep Grand Cherokee

Since I can't find a Grand Cherokee of the previous generation that suites my tastes, can you guy offer up any opinions/experiences with the WK models before I start looking @ vehicles? I've certainly appreciated all the good advice and help from you guys in the past. I feel like I owe a drink to everyone who's contributed. ; )

How tall are you? I was originally gonna buy a loaded hemi but being 6' 6" my head was in the headliner no matter what I did with the seat controls and wasn't about to spend that type of money on something uncomfortable.

the hemi likes to drop valve seats for no reason at all. i've seen 04-09 hemis grenade after dropping a seat at as early as 60k miles. these engines are not cheap to buy either, so be aware of that.

have you considered looking into other brands? maybe one with a better track record for building quality reliable vehicles. aka not a chrysler product
