So for a long time now i have been wanting to assemble the ultimate home gym. I have a few ideas in mind on what i want, Free weights no machines. Does anyone have a home gym? :feedback:

Not sure of the brand, they are old school powerlifting equipment that I've changed up to what I need. Il get some pics when I get a chance.

Rogue has some pretty nice stuff....... but it gets expensive quickly.

get yourself a power rack, Dumbbells, adjustable flat/incline/decline bench, and a couple nice barbells. A cable station is the only other thing I think I'd have a hard time without

I've got a bench and was given a bowflex. Since I have an unfinished basement, I'm going goingnti add a DIY monkey bars using between floor joists
