So just throwing this out there for anyone that doesn't have a system or wants an all in one solution for logging data in modern cars.
Been following these guys since they came out with the Racecapture Pro and they never fail to impress me. The racecapture pro was more along the lines of what you would use on a racecar which allows live telemtry over 4g network using sensors you install yourself.
This newer cheaper version is for weekend racers who don't want wires running everywhere and have OBD-II can bus data to read most of the values you want anyways.
Once you finish the data can be uploaded to their Podium social network type arena where you can share and view data with others and easily read what you did.
If they hit their goal they will also be including wifi support of turning on and off your gopros so it syncs perfectly with the data. Check out their site they have way more info/explanation. Can't wait to use this on my Mazda3.
