tranny fluid

hey anyone know what would be the best brand for tranny fluid on a t-45 and how much i would need? i spoke to jeff over at rush racing and he reccomended me to just go with oem stuff anyone have any different opinions? and feedback would be great thank you

I believe Mobil-1 has tranny fluid, but I wouldn't go changing the tranny fluid unless where ever you are going can pressurize the system, or a few dirty quarts will remain in the system.

Alot of oil change places say $59.99 + for a transmission fluid change,
(but they don't pressurize the system)
and I believe something like 3-4 dirty quarts stay in.

The only place I have seen that pressurizes the system to get it all out is the dealership, and it is $130.ish I had that done to the Explorer :biggthump
