What kind of belt and how many miles on it? Any visible belt dust?

some visible belt dust on idler and auxilary pully. I have about 4000 miles on the belt 6000 on the car. boost is not where it should be, its at 14 at wot. it should be at 15-17 with a 2.75 rr pulley and all amazon idlers. I also do not know what size belt to get. I bought the car used with all the parts on it from a dealer.

Um, you should only see 14-15 with a 2.75. Ive never heard of a upper only producing 17psi.
