When my kids were young my business was cranking and they had a lot. After it collapsed they learned how hard life can be, literally having to scrape up the bottom of the change jar to buy food at times, and, by pulling together as a family and everyone helping out, we were able to get back on the profitability train. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise.
