Did a 2.5" lift on my buddies 2010 Wrangler yesterday. Been trying to get him to do this since he bought it new. Did it in 7 hours in my garage with no impacts or power tools at all, used ratchets and wrenches while on jack stands. Jeep is driven daily and doesn't sit in a garage at all, so it had 7 years of rain, sleet, snow and salt. I'm fairly confident on something newer, I could probably do it in 4 hours. He bought a middle of the pack lift kit, so I had to reuse about 70% of factory hardware. I had to cut off both front upper shock bolts and both front upper end link bolts with a sawzall as they just would not fucking budge. All 4 lower shock bolts had to be hit with my torch until they were literally cherry red.
Cheapest quote he had was $450 for the install, wound up costing him lunch and a case of beer, lol.

i like it.....

nice job.....

so at this point would you do another of these jobs without a compressor? :)

I have a compressor, what I don't have is impact guns and the sockets to go with it, lol. Just never invested in them as I don't use that shit enough to justify the cost. If I was doing stuff like this every other weekend then I would invest in it. But to answer your question, sure would!
