Thinking about doing a re-fi on ours and looking for good, reputable options. Not necessarily the David Hockburg's you hear on the Score and now WGN I think or the Quicken loans versions you get on GSTV when filling up.

How was it only $250 ? Don't you have to pay for them to come out and appraise your house ? And then paperwork fees ?
Some will do the whole thing for free up front, but then tack on to your interest rate...so you end up paying more in the long term, but less up front.
His rate is nuts though, so not sure how he pulled it off. But in general thats how it works.
