Recommend me a mattress store

Went mattress shopping over the weekend with the GF...we were in the Lombard area, so hit up Mattress Firm, Carsons Furniture Store, The Dump, and Art Van Furniture...

We were planning a trip to Denver Mattress Company next weekend...but if you guys have another place we should be looking?

We definitely liked Carson's the best as far as buying ease goes...The Mattress Firm didn't really have anything we liked. The Dump has some truly awful reviews. And the sales guys at Art Van were about the smarmiest I've ever come across.

Any other places we should be going?

IKEA gets really good reviews...but my GF refuses to get one, because I have a junk IKEA foam mattress now, that served me fine as a bachelor...they've got great warranties and great customer satisfaction

Costco online. Some stores carry a few mattresses but online has a ton. Plus their return policy is great if you end up hating it.

Yeah, I have been perusing the Sam's Club site, because the Chase Freedom Card has 5% cash back at club stores this quarter, plus Sam's Club has free box springs, free delivery, and on the higher end mattresses a $400 Sam's Club gift card...which is quite enticing

American Mattress had some good deals when I was there last.

Ended up buying a Tempurpedic which is absolutely awesome. It cost an arm, leg and left nut though.

Sorry for bumping, but I'm looking for a new mattress. I have back pain and I heard that Saatva matresses might be a good option for me. But it would be great to find out other people's experiences.

First time hear about this one. Googled it, looks good.
The best experience so far i had with the Mattressive store. The prices are always lower than in the other stores plus different discounts here and there available. Delivery was exactly on time, as promised.

Yea, they have stores around the area that all open at 9am, close at 9pm and no sales droids.

There is one in Bloomingdale by my office.
