I have one. Was given it as a gag gift and I use the "shit" out of it. Maybe it's placebo effect but if feels like my shits come out with little to no effort and I'm fully evacuated. As said earlier a bucket stool or other things give the same effect

My brother got me one of these for Christmas. I'm sold on its benefits. Much less effort is require to eliminate and I am usually surprised by the amount of waste excreted vs the amount of effort I put in. The big downside is that I have to take my pants off to use it. I tried with jeans around my ankles and almost fell over into my tub.
