My older brother in law does that (or at least used to, not sure anymore). His youngest daughter (who was only a couple years old) would be jumping around the back seat, and he hit the breaks hard (car in front of him jacked their brakes). She went flying towards the center console. Scary thing to see even though she was alright. Definitely not cool.
