RCW 46.08.065: Publicly owned vehicles to be marked

In reading the fine print of subsection 3, it looks like they can be excluded from subsection 2, allowing them operate an unmarked vehicle with permission from the Chief of State patrol.

NM, looks like Subsection 3 was removed via an amendment. Which means they have to be marked and can't be exempted.

That and he keeps repeating himself. That is a huge peeve of mine. People who keep saying the same thing over and over when you are paying attention to them. I can't tell you how many meetings I have stopped because of this.
