[Planning Stages] Godzilla movie meet - weekend of May 16th

The interest is there. Godzilla is there. I will be there. Will you?

Planning on a movie meet for opening weekend. Two ideas in mind, need votes to pick one of the other (poll included).

Both options are assuming we go to the Barrington AMC 30.

Option A -
We go opening night, Friday May 16th and face the crowds. I'm not expecting this to be a huge meet but Im expecting a crowd. We've done opening nights before and while its a pain in the ass, it usually works out well enough.

Option B -
We go to a later afternoon showing on Saturday, May 17th, then hit up Schaumburg hooters after.

I'm leaning towards Option B but the votes will decide it.

If you guys hold meets more considerate to the people that don't live 3 miles from Canada, maybe I would come to a couple of them. The only local meets are on Tuesday which I play basketball on Tuesday nights. FML.

Weeknights are harder to get everyone to commit and there is also Luke's to contend with.

Here are movie times for AMC 30, on the 17th. I have no desire to see this in 3d and the imax at AMC is fake so its not worth the upcharge imo.

I'm leaning towards 4:30. Movie is just over 2 hours long.
