Autometer in Sycamore?

I have a bad Autometer gauge. I live near Sycamore. Is there any customer service at the facility out there? Or is it just offices?

The pyrometer in my truck is reading wacky. I've change the probe twice and now believe it's the actual gauge. I'd rather have it checked out before buying another for $150+.

Seems to be a common problem and I might be better off with another brand. A bad gauge can easily lead to a dead motor.

Your best bet is sending it in. There's really no customer service for walk in customers as far as I know.

I walked in once and they fixed the gauge on the spot. awesome guys. I would suggest calling first then coming down. if its a simple fix they can do it right there.
