That's about right!

They're various sizes, relatively pricey, but the cool factor is pretty good. Location is good too, being in Naperville. They have them priced pretty high and they aren't even built out to 50% yet... so I assume they know they have buyers/renters given the investment into the property already.

If the area doesn't develop too much more, I would think the location is perfect. Saw some of the concept art they have and its pretty fucking slick the way you could set up your unit.... I imagine the crowd is quite good.
