Initially, you can see she couldn't get the canister for the bank in the tube properly. Then her door opens slightly more, indicating she slid over in her seat to get closer to the teller machine. She may have initially had her left foot on the brake, and then thought she put her right foot on the brake when she slid over. Once she started moving, she simply kept pushing harder on what she thought was the brake. This is how those Audi unintended acceleration incidents happened: People thought they had their foot on the brake, but it was really on the gas pedal the whole time.
Moral of the story: Put your car in park or neutral if you might be an idiot.
