Yes, ~200whp gain. Ford's <3 Boost.
Lund & AED both do remote tuning. As far as local, I bet Drew @ DMark could handle it or anyone else who tunes coyote mustangs.

They don't do remote tuning per se, just mail-order. I run their tune's on my EcoBoost truck and they're great. If you want to take the trip to MI I'm sure they'd put a great tune on a boosted 'yote.

52# injectors, everything else is stock. I think ProCharger supplies them and fuel rail spacers for the install.
