I mean, he does own 6666 ranch. But if you dive into the shows, he makes BANK on the cost for cattle, horses, trainers, equipment, the land, etc. He'd be shooting himself in the foot to not keep shit going favoring his ranch/land/materials.

There's a good WSJ article on just how far he pushes his leverage, dude is not leaving a cent on the table when it comes to using the show's production to enrich himself.

6666 is a corporate cattle ranch. It isn't gonna have have land disputes, people killed off every other episode or anything like that. It would be a lame show showing people watching cattle the whole episode.

I get he invested slightly in the stuff he bought into. Doesn't mean the current 6666 has to be the show. He can develop a new show. One that he doesn't have to be the douce he's been in Yellowstone and Lioness. But gotta keep the ego and SAG membership active!

Ok, I watched the last episode with the wife. Honestly; I felt it was done pretty good. Closure on all parts! Can't ask much more than that. Yeah, there was a few fuck fest episodes. But this last one, got down to it.

Watched the last episode last night, as much as I enjoyed the series (sure they lost their way at times) it was ready to be over. As mentioned by Ti28 they did well to close up all the loose ends.
