First episode was ok. Second episode was pretty tits for the most part. Billy Bob's scene was

Definite Tombstone moment as well.

I love the OG Yellowstone, but for the most part, movies/shows set in the 1800's just do nothing for me. Is this any good? I'm still not caught up on last night's Yellowstone, so maybe I'll wait until the show has run it's course in a few weeks and see what the reviews (aka mook) are saying about 1883.

First two episodes were a lot of character building. And I can already see where they'll likely take one of the mains... But so far, it's not bad.

Watched ep 1 last night and ep 2 tonight. I'm in. The pacings a bit slow so far but I like it. And there was actually 2 cameos in episode 2! The "big" one we knew about, Hanks......I wonder how much money he actually got for that  You know what I actually don't wanna know. And the other

Billy Bob!!! I don't know if that really was a "surprise" or not, but it was for me. I mean he was even in the previews and I still didnt recognize him.
