Gaming Xbox 360 Shooter Game suggestions

Been out of the video game world for a long time and recently blew the dust off of my xbox 360 and renewed my xbox live only to learn that nobody seems to play the games I currently own on live and a lot of the newer ones dont work on 360. Anyone have some suggestions to some first person shooter games that they know are still popular on live that I should look into picking up? I have a few of the old COD games but it seems like most of the lobbys are dead and I would hate to buy some "newer" games only to have the same.

I would think that if it did, there would still be people in the lobby for these old games. I mean, the Xbox One came out almost ten years ago, so the 360 has been obsolete for quite a while.

Dude. Xbox One released 9 years ago. Xbox 360 is dead. Do yourself a favor and pickup an Xbox one used for $50 and you can play way more modern shooters. Or splurge and get a Xbox series console.

Tbh I have no clue lmao. I used it back in college pretty often but for the last 10 years or so It might get powered up a couple of times during the winter. It honestly wasnt until this post that I realized how old the thing is since obviously im not a gamer

Amazon had one for under 200 for black Friday. That's why I mentioned it.

I still play 360 once in awhile. For the 3 times a year I actually play, no way would I spend any money on a newer gaming system. I also have no desire to connect to live either.
