Looking for 16ft pontoon. Smaller boat for gages lake in northern il. Ok with 14’. With gas motor and trailer. Clean is best. Ok with bare and add our own eats.
I am in Grayslake area and ok to drive within 3hr

Thanks, need a smaller one. A larger one would take up too much real estate on the driveway. 16’ with a 25-40hp would be nice.

Attached are pics. I tried doing it through my phone but I was having issues.
it is a 2007, 15'. It is clean and is big!. It barely fits under the garage door.
has a 9.9hp Honda. I will see how well that gets us around in the small lake here.

Yes, 40hp is the largest size. It only weighs 1,200lb. The previous owner said it gets up in speed but not enough for tubing which is fine for us.
It also has a large trolling motor.

Yeah I once had to pick up a 22' something with a 10ish horse on it cuz it was a hp limited lake... wind was blowing into the dock, i 100% could not get away from the dock. full fucking steam in reverse fucker wouldn't move from the wind holding it.

I’ve had mine out in heavy wind a couple times, I had to aim two slips over to hit mine and they are doubles, I ended up in the far side and had to tie a rope to the other side and reverse hard to pull it over

not much under water to slow you down...side profile similar to a 30+ foot cabin cruiser

It is a nice place. I work a Grainger off 60 and 94, and they are right down the street on rt60. They have pretty good prices on parts and accessories and random things. They also have used boats from time to time.
