Didnt want to go crazy first day back after 3 weeks.
According to my scale, I have put on 25lbs since shelter in place
Absolutely, I can shed 15lbs in 2 weeks. After that first 2 weeks though is when its only 2-3lbs a week lol.Just gives you more to cut for the weight loss contest.
