Upper chest today, maxed out at 125lb dumbells. Almost fell off the incline bench on my 2nd set, lol. When I popped the dumbells up with my knees, I semi lost control of the left side and almost fell off.
Any of you guys see any gyms with dumbells bigger than 125lbs? I wanna try and go heavier but thats as high as they go at LA

my gym out in the middle of nowhere has 135ā€™s and 145ā€™s itā€™s in coal city,

I did flat db press yesterday day at the gym at work, my friend found a pair of rouge 125 hiding under the rack and wanted to try to do them, he didnā€™t have any luck he got a half rep, I ended up trying them I hadnā€™t gone over 100ā€™s in quite a while I ended up getting 7 reps out of them

So Saturday, after cutting down a tree, splitting some logs, stacking wood etc

That old familiar zing in my lower back returned. Saturday was the worst as lower back felt like a bunch of marbles and had a stinger going mid back left side.


Thus, no weight training this week.
I've been swimming laps every day

Got an email from LA fitness about closing last night. Iā€™ve already stopped going so no big deal. Gym at work has been shut down as well.

im going to have the contractors move their shit in my building so I can set my little diy gym back up. Pull up bar, trx, 5x10 padded area, 35lbs kettle bell and some bands.

I might take a break while working from home and go for a quick 30 minute run.

I've been making good progress finally getting back into a good workout routine since October. Down to 204 this morning from ~230 when I started. I've been doing a good mix of weight lifting and cardio 3-4 times a week. After taking a week off from the gym, I'm starting to get anxious.
