Pull day this afternoon. Gym is getting crowded AF with the colder weather.

Been steady at the gym and feeling good with my lifts. Calories are at maintenance.

Made the mistake last year to ā€œbulkā€ over winter and not knowing what I was doing ended up putting on about 20 pounds of fat which I really struggled to lose all this year. Not making that mistake again.

Endurance finally coming back after injury time off. Iā€™m not running even 1/3 what I used to weekly.But I picked up long swims which really seems to be helping with overall fitness. Closed in a 7:15 which felt smooth . I would go have a bloody marry but some may think Iā€™m a drunk ?. Oh well bloody time .?

Did legs last night and I'm feeling it today.

It was my first real leg day in a few weeks, so I kept the weight pretty low, but kept rest intervals short.

I really like the turf area at newer LA Fitness gyms. I finished my workout with walking lunges carrying 35 lb dumbbells until my legs felt like rubber.

Hahah I did legs heavy saturday... then sunday I took the kiddo's to the dells.... needless to say carrying kids around, then carrying tubes/kids up and down all those stairs = fucking SORE
