International chest day!!!

incline BB
hex press
DB Flyes
Tricep kick backs
All incline work yesterday, lately I been on a either all incline or all flat on chest days.
Very rarely even touch the decline bench anymore. I can lift my heaviest on decline, but hurts my shoulders

Bi's and Tri's today for me. Been using Fat Gripz on arm days and certain back exercises last 2 months or so. My fucking forearms have never been as rock solid as they are since I started using them.

Thinking about picking up a seated calf raise machine. Home gym is great but there are certain things that are tough to hit.

Oh, decent walk. Like I mentioned, walking around the block is a sincere uphill work out.

I am eating more to maintain 215lbs.

Kinda miss being 230lbs

Bench was never my strength, back in the day I was banging 225lbs free weights military press, 275 too

Hanover Park fireman I know, 54yrs old. Hit his first 405lb flat bench today.
2 reps clean, needed help on the 3rd. Told him I’m right behind him....soon

I started back at the club second week of August. 4 to 5 days a week except last week. Started just a hair under 300lbs. Started this routine today. Going to a all barbell work out in November.
